Promotion name: £10K Giveaway Prize Draw (“Promotion”)

Promoter: Pitten Limited t/a Speedwell (“Promoter”)

1. Promotion Period

1.1 The Promotion opens on 15 July 2026 at 00:01 and closes on 30 September 2026 at 23:59 (“Promotion Period”).

1.2 For the purpose of eligibility, qualifying new vehicle deliveries completed between 1 July 2026 and 30 September 2026 inclusive will be included in the Promotion, notwithstanding that the Promotion is formally launched on 15 July 2026.

1.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and any person professionally connected with the Promotion. 

2.2 Customers who take delivery of an eligible new vehicle between 1 July 2026 and 30 September 2026 inclusive will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw. 

2.3 Eligible vehicle transactions include:

• New vehicle retail purchases where the vehicle has been invoiced, paid for, registered and delivered during the qualifying period;
• New vehicle personal contract hire (“PCH”) agreements where the vehicle has been supplied by the Promoter, registered and delivered during the qualifying period;
• Motability new vehicle registrations where the vehicle has been supplied by the Promoter, registered and delivered during the qualifying period.

The Promoter reserves the right to determine whether a vehicle transaction qualifies as an eligible entry.

2.4 The following transactions are excluded:

• Fleet sales;
• Dealer trade sales;
• Wholesale transactions;
• Used vehicles;
• Pre-registered vehicles;
• Any vehicle transaction not classified by the Promoter as an eligible new retail delivery.

Fleet sales include, but are not limited to, transactions completed through fleet management companies, brokers, leasing companies, business contract arrangements or any other non-retail sales channel as determined by the Promoter.

2.5 For the avoidance of doubt, a qualifying new vehicle must not have previously been registered or used before delivery to the qualifying customer, unless specifically approved by the Promoter.

2.6 Only one entry will be awarded per eligible vehicle delivered, regardless of the number of customers associated with the transaction.

3. Free Postal Entry Route

3.1 A free postal entry route is available. 

3.2 To enter by post, entrants must send a handwritten postcard or letter including:

• Their full name;
• Postal address;
• Contact telephone number or email address;
• The words “£10K Giveaway Prize Draw”.

3.3 Postal entries must be sent to:

3.4 Postal entries must arrive before the closing date specified in clause 1.1. 

3.5 Only one postal entry per person is permitted.

3.6 Postal entries must be submitted independently and not in bulk. Entries submitted on behalf of multiple people, or through automated systems, will not be accepted. 

3.7 Postal entries must be sent by first-class post or equivalent and postage costs will not be reimbursed. 

3.8 Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, delayed or illegible postal entries.

3.9 Postal entrants will have an equal chance of winning as customers entering automatically through an eligible vehicle delivery.

4. Prize

4.1 One winner will receive a cash prize of £10,000.

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and no alternative prize will be offered.

5. Winner Selection 

5.1 All valid entries received during the qualifying period will be entered into a random prize draw.

5.2 The draw will take place on or before 15 October 2026.

5.3 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random selection process overseen by the Promoter.

5.4 The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner selection is final.

5.5 The winner will be contacted using the details provided with their entry.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw taking place.

6.2 The winner must respond within 14 days of notification.

6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.4 The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility. 

7. Publicity

7.1 The winner’s surname and county may be published or made available to demonstrate that a valid prize draw has taken place.

7.2 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Promoter’s publicity requirements relating to the Promotion, which may include being photographed, providing a short statement about their experience, and allowing the Promoter to use their name, photograph, likeness and comments for promotional purposes relating to the Promotion. The Promoter will agree any publicity arrangements with the winner in advance. The winner may request reasonable limitations where there are legitimate privacy or personal circumstances requiring consideration.

8. Data Protection 

8.1 Personal information provided as part of the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: https://speedwell-kia.co.uk/privacy-policy/

8.2 Personal data will only be used for administering the Promotion unless the entrant has separately provided consent to receive marketing communications.

8.3 The Promoter will retain personal information only for as long as necessary to administer the Promotion, verify the winner and comply with legal obligations.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

9.3 The Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

9.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
