We're 'virtually open' with service changes

Following the Government announcement yesterday (04/01/2021) regarding another lockdown from 6th January, we want to outline how we intend to help keep the country moving while working within the guidance laid out by Government.

From the 6th January, our service departments will operate as normal as they have been for many months in a safe manner. The safety of our customers and staff are our top priority.

Our sales showrooms and used car external display areas will not be open to the public from 6th January until further notice. However, our teams will be in the dealerships to continue car sales remotely and we will be able to send you videos, talk to you via video and meet your needs almost as well as if you were with us. Customers can still collect a car which has been purchased either online or via the telephone directly from one of our dealerships, from a designated outside handover bay. Full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both colleague and customer safety. Home delivery options will also be available, and all handled in a Covid safe manner.

We are working within strict government guidelines and have made necessary changes to our Sales & Servicing processes to continue trading, so that we can now offer a safe environment to all customers and staff.

We're now able to offer a variety of options to be able to continue selling new & used cars, which includes:

  • Safe Click & Collect now available
  • Order via Phone, Email and Video link
  • Contactless purchase options
  • Reserve any car for just £99 via PayPal or by phone.
  • FREE local delivery to TQ, EX, & PL postal codes.
  • Nationwide delivery starting from £99
  • Virtual test drives & walk arounds available.
  • All vehicles are fully sanitised
  • Working areas are also regularly sanitised
  • Social distancing measures are firmly in-place

Our colleagues remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone, email or live chat and our website is fully functional with the ability to view all our stock online as well as book a service or MOT. Our aftersales departments remain fully operational for servicing, MOT and repairs. We are operating an appointment-only system, with full safety measures in place to include protective screens at our service desks as well as cashless payments which have been in place for many months now.
