Dear Mr. Ives, As always it is a nice experience to visit the Honda Speedwell garage at Newton Abbot for my Honda Jazz annual service and MOT. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is reassuring to know my car is maintained to a high standard. We were checked in by Dan who later explained exactly had been done to the car and what may need to be done in the future. I recently bought a car from speedwell and I cannot fault them. Like a lot of people I don't buy a car very often and one of the scariest parts is having faith in a dealer when you aren't a mechanic or have deep car knowledge and don't know which dealers are good and which aren't. Well I can tell you that this company were nothing more than amazing from day 1. No pressure or hard sell from David at the Kingsteignton branch, and after we got the car it had an intermittent electrical fault that wasn't apparent at the time of purchase to us or the dealer. No problem - they put it straight into Ford who sorted it, and the Speedwell mechanic - Steve - was amazing. None of this was via the warranty - Speedwell sorted it all free of charge and all is superb with our car. I literally cannot recommend them enough - honest and fair in a time when there ain't much of that around. Thanks to all at Speedwell, I know where I'm going when I need my next car!
