Just picking up my "seventeenth" car from Speedwell Honda (CR-V EX :D). I have received an excellent deal, excellent and well explained finance, no pressure from the sales department, my cars are always received in excellent and clean condition, and I have been well looked after by the parts department. I always receive superb aftercare. I truly recommend this dealership. I have previously shopped around locally (in Exeter) at another Honda dealership and one in particular has disgusted me! I was not taken seriously, I received poor customer service, horrific finance rate and poor explanation of finance (which has cost me more money). My car arrived in awful condition and not correctly cleaned, and they also never bothered with me after the purchase. I believed I was making a small saving by shopping around, which has cost me more, because they underpaid the final settlement. Speedwell Honda is a business, but it cares for each and every one of its customers, throughout the buying process and beyond.

Excellent sales staff, good advice and no pressure to buy. Other dealers could learn a lot from Speedwell Honda.

I have just purchased a used Honda Civic from Speedwell and they are the best dealer I've ever dealt with. Both the sales staff I saw were friendly and very helpful with every aspect of the sale. I would like to thank speedwell Honda as I am purchasing my 13th Honda Car from them. I dealt with the sales executive Richard and the finance manager Rosemary. I always received very good deals and excellent affordable finance deals to meet my tight budget. I have just ordered a CRV 1.6 SE and added lots of extras to the car everyone I dealt with was amazing, friendly and accommodating. I really would recommended this dealership. The whole sales experience yet again has been outstanding and the aftercare is amazing. This used to be my local dealership and after re-locating to North Devon, I did try several other dealerships, but every time came back to Speedwell Honda.

Especially Steve, who sold it to me. What a kind and thoughtful chap. My husband was thrilled to bits when I arrived home with said car, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The car is manual, which has taken a bit of getting used to, that is my only 'gripe', the handbrake is in a very awkward position, and I's much prefer an automatic gearbox.
