“This car replaced the family car we purchased in 2011 and so a lot had changed! Jason was patient, attentive and personable. He listened, made suggestions and provided all the information we needed in order to help us make a decision. He arranged for us to test-drive a couple of different models and then, once we had decided on the Sportage, he helped us work out which version would best meet our needs. The whole process was efficient and stress-free. We are really pleased with the car and would not hesitate to recommend Kia Speedwell Exeter and Jason in particular.”

“We ordered an ev2 on June 10th. We expressly said that we did not want the car until mid to late Septamber. The estimated delivery date in the order form is 14th September. In late July we were surprised to get a phone call to say our car was ready, and that if we didn't take it then it would be 2027 before another was available. We again said that we did not want the car until mid September. After a heated exchange with the 'Sales Executive' he said he would get his manager to call us. This has not happened. Yesterday we received the registration certificate dated 31st July.
I feel it is totally unacceptable that the car has been given a 26 plate, lowering it's future value. The warranty and tax have started from 31st July when we do not want the car until mid September.
I called Kia yesterday to be told they couldn't do anything as the manager was on holiday!
All I want now is to get my deposit back and buy elsewhere.”
