“My sales executive was Neil Binks at Newton Abbot. To demonstrate how brilliant he was, I had only gone out with a friend to buy cat litter and called in the garage on my way home for an initial foray. I came out with a top of the range Kia Picanto! I had previously been a Ford driver for fifty years but had become disenchanted with their customer service. One of my neighbours is a customer of Neil's. Neil was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, kind and supportive and I had complete confidence in him. My new car is just beautiful and my faith in the motor trade is totally restored. I was so impressed also with Speedwell's green credentials in planting ten trees to compensate for the paperwork I received and the final bouquet of flowers was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you.”
