“Simple quick and polite”

“What a refreshing change! I've just collected my new car from Richard at Speedwell Online in Kingsteignton. I'm really impressed by the level of service I received and how professional and friendly Richard was throughout. Not at all pushy and did everything he promised, when he said he'd do it. The car itself was very fairly priced, immaculately presented and comes with a 12 month warranty as standard, whereas most other dealers offer 3 months, unless you upgrade. All in all, I'm really impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Speedwell Online to friends and family.”

“Excellent, friendly, polite, professional service of the highest standard During my first contact with Glen at Speedwell Online by phone, his manner was very friendly, helpful and professional in his approach to my enquiry relating to a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Living in Barnstaple, approximately 60 miles from Kingsteignton, I asked Glen to describe any imperfections the vehicle may have, therefore saving me an unnecessary visit. Looking at the car he described the minor imperfections to me accurately, which I confirmed during my visit. On arrival at Speedwell Online Glen again greeted me with a friendly professional approach, making me feel welcome and comfortable, showing me the vehicle while engaging in general conversation. At no point did I feel Glen was trying to sell me the vehicle with hard selling tactics. He gave me plenty of time to look over the vehicle by myself, without any pressure, letting me know he would be in the showroom if I had any questions. Glen arranged for me to have a test drive, suggesting a route I could take. At the end of my visit I informed him I was interested in purchasing the vehicle, but wanted to think about it before making a decision, which he respected, agreeing this was the best way forward, again showing no signs of pressurising me into a decision. The following day I returned and agreed to purchase the vehicle, during which Glen helpfully talked me through the process. On the day I collected the vehicle he again was very helpful, going online to tax the new vehicle, along with claiming back tax on my old vehicle, which was very helpful and unexpected. I was also very impressed to see the two rear tyres had been replaced with new ones during the MOT, which was not necessary as the old tyres were legal with sufficient tread above the wear indicators. This I felt was a good indication of the high standards set by Speedwell Online. I would like to thank Glen for making the purchase of my new car pleasurable and I would not hesitate in recommending Speedwell Online to others, as they provide an excellent service of the highest standard.”
