“Thank you for your email. I will score a 5 when I receive the request from Honda. My experience in Newton Abbot was very pleasant. Staff were friendly, polite, good humoured, informative, proactive and efficient. This included texting me when the work was complete (within the timescale specified), leaving the service booklet open on the passenger seat showing the service stamp (meaning I didn't need to check), and welcoming me back at collection with humour. I really do appreciate your human centric approach. Thank you. The above directly contrasts with the dealership for my last car (not Honda but large player) which was unfriendly, inefficient and with far too greater an emphasis on selling as against service. I chose to buy Honda because of good reviews on reliability and also the closeness of Newton Abbot to our home. My first service experience was a pleasure, so thank you.

“I was very happy with the service provided by Speedwell Honda yesterday, enabling me to drive my car again with confidence. You staff are kind and friendly as well as being efficient. This counts for a lot in my opinion. My car started briskly this morning as required, rather than being a non-starter as it was yesterday. Surprising the difference a new battery makes. I am pleased that this battery is guaranteed for three years. Thank you for your communication. I'll be back in February for the MOT.
