“Dear Sir, Whilst on holiday in Brixham last week, I had occasion to call at your dealership to have the CVT oil level checked and, if necessary, topped up.

Although no appointment had been made, your helpful receptionist said that it could be done whilst we waited and, after a short time, your engineer confirmed that all was as it should be; no charge was made.

This was excellent service to a complete stranger and I wanted to let you know how well I was treated and to express my thanks.
