“Bought my Picanto a year ago but had trouble with the AV head unit as it was changing the radio channels, switching on and off and flicking the screens around without me doing anything. An update at the last service seemed to resolve it but the problem soon returned. When I brought the matter up again with the Newton Abbot garage, it transpired that a new head unit was needed costing a fortune. However, with the help of Paul Jeynes in the Service Dept and salesperson Pete Damerell I had a new unit fitted at no cost to me on the basis of goodwill. A good outcome!”

“A fantastic experience from start to finish. Was looking to lease my next new car from a leasing company but spoke to Tony at Speedwell Newton Abbot who talked me through various options and happily managed to get close enough to the lease company deal.

Whilst waiting for the car to arrive was kept fully up-to-date with monthly check-ins.

When the car arrived, all aspects of the service were excellent from making sure all the paperwork was in order and any further questions i had were answered.

On the day of pickup Sam was the person looking after us and have to say what a lovely experience that was. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the car, took us through all aspects of service etc and made us feel very special indeed.
