“Just picking up my "seventeenth" car from Speedwell Honda (CR-V EX :D). I have received an excellent deal, excellent and well explained finance, no pressure from the sales department, my cars are always received in excellent and clean condition, and I have been well looked after by the parts department. I always receive superb aftercare. I truly recommend this dealership. I have previously shopped around locally (in Exeter) at another Honda dealership and one in particular has disgusted me! I was not taken seriously, I received poor customer service, horrific finance rate and poor explanation of finance (which has cost me more money). My car arrived in awful condition and not correctly cleaned, and they also never bothered with me after the purchase. I believed I was making a small saving by shopping around, which has cost me more, because they underpaid the final settlement. Speedwell Honda is a business, but it cares for each and every one of its customers, throughout the buying process and beyond.”
