“Hello Martin, Many thanks indeed for your kind letter concerning the purchase of my Honda FR-V. What a lovely car, and what excellent service I received from Speedwell Honda. Especially Steve, who sold it to me. What a kind and thoughtful chap. My husband was thrilled to bits when I arrived home with said car, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The car is manual, which has taken a bit of getting used to, that is my only 'gripe', the handbrake is in a very awkward position, and I's much prefer an automatic gearbox. We had originally decided on a Nissan QashQai but the sales person in the showroom wasn't available and promised a call back, which never happened. We called them, again not available and another promise of a call back, which didn't happen again, so they lost a sale. (same thing happened 3 years ago) Richard promised to find out other aspects of the Civic and he called us the same day. We would have no hesitation in recommending Speedwell Honda to anyone.
