Can I also say a big thank you to Stephen Peralta, he was so helpful with everything. As you know I had an unexpected scrape on my Honda Civic after the agreed part exchange. It upset me, as after 46 year of driving it was my first insurance claim. But what upset me most that I had to hand my car over to you in a damaged state.
